This Acceptable Use Policy applies to ikou (ikou.design), an AI design workspace for interior, architectural and commercial-space designers that generates AI images and videos. ikou is operated by Li Guanlin (李冠霖), an independent developer. The Policy states clearly what is and is not allowed on ikou.
1. Purpose and scope
This Policy applies to every user and to all content generated, uploaded or shared on ikou, including prompts, uploaded drawings and images, reference materials, AI-generated images and videos, and anything you export or share. By using ikou you agree to follow this Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Intended use
ikou is a professional design tool. It is intended for visualizing interior, architectural, commercial-space and product design: floor plans, renderings, material and lighting studies, walkthrough clips and related presentation work. Any other use that conflicts with this Policy is not permitted.
3. Strictly prohibited: sexual and NSFW content
You must not use ikou to generate, upload, edit or distribute NSFW content of any kind. This includes pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive images, video or text, fetish content, and erotic or intimate depictions of people. Attempts to produce such content indirectly through veiled wording, coded language or reference images are also prohibited. There are no exceptions for artistic, fictional or private use.
4. Strictly prohibited: content involving minors
You must not generate or upload any content that sexualizes minors or depicts them in a harmful, exploitative or abusive context. Where required by law, we report such content to the competent authorities.
5. Violence, self-harm, hate and harassment
You must not generate graphic violence, gore, torture or cruelty; promote, glorify or give instructions for suicide or self-harm; promote hatred, discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics; harass, threaten or bully others; or promote terrorism or violent extremism.
6. Face-swap, deepfakes and impersonation
ikou does not offer, and you must not use it for, face-swap, deepfake or face-manipulation tools or techniques. You must not generate or edit realistic images, video or voice of a real person without that person’s consent in order to imitate, impersonate or misrepresent them, and you must not create content designed to make others believe someone said or did something they did not, including fake endorsements, forged documents and false identities.
7. Illegal activity, intellectual property and privacy
You must not use ikou for any unlawful purpose or to create content that facilitates illegal activity, including weapons manufacture, illegal drugs, human trafficking and fraud. You must not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, design rights or other intellectual property, or that violates the privacy, portrait or personal-data rights of others. You are responsible for holding the rights to the drawings, images and other materials you upload.
8. Platform abuse and bypassing safeguards
You must not distribute malware or spam, carry out fraud or phishing, scrape or overload the service, or misuse accounts and credits. You must not try to bypass, disable or trick our safety systems, including by using prompts such as “uncensored”, “no filter” or “NSFW mode”, jailbreak or role-play prompts, obfuscated wording, or by splitting a prohibited request across several prompts or images. Attempting to circumvent safeguards is itself a violation, even if no prohibited output is produced.
9. How we enforce this Policy
Every prompt is automatically screened before generation. A prompt that violates this Policy is blocked and nothing is generated; blocked generations are not charged. We may also manually review reported or flagged content and account activity. Depending on severity, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful content, including anything involving minors, to law enforcement or other competent authorities where required or permitted by law. Automated screening is not perfect and we do not promise to detect every violation; you remain responsible for your own use.
10. Reporting violations
If you see content or behavior on ikou that violates this Policy, email legal@ikou.design with a description and, where possible, a link or screenshot. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
11. Relationship to other terms and third-party models
This Policy supplements our Terms of Service; if they conflict, the stricter rule applies. ikou is an independent product and accesses third-party AI models such as Kling, Vidu, GPT Image, Nano Banana, Seedance and Qwen as integrations. ikou is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the companies behind those models; their names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the integrations. We may update this Policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
