This policy explains how ikou collects, uses, stores and shares your personal information, and the rights you have over that information.
1. Information We Collect
Account info (email, phone, sign-in method); usage data (projects you create, generated images, prompts, credit usage); technical data (IP, browser, action logs); payment info (handled by third-party payment platforms — we do not store full card numbers).
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve the Service; process subscriptions and billing; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal requirements; send product updates with your consent.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: (a) with your explicit authorization; (b) with necessary service providers (cloud storage, AI models, payment channels); (c) as required by law or valid legal process.
4. Storage & Retention
Account and project data is stored in the platform database. Uploaded assets and generated results are kept in the configured Tencent COS or Alibaba OSS object storage. Inputs and outputs required for an AI task are processed by the selected model provider. We retain data only as needed to provide the Service, protect it, and meet legal obligations.
5. Your Rights
You can update existing profile details from the account page. Requests to access, export, delete data, or close an account are currently handled through privacy@ikou.design after ownership verification and within the period required by applicable law.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use necessary cookies to maintain sign-in state and user preferences. Drafts may be cached in browser localStorage; signed-in project content is synchronized to the server through autosave or an explicit save.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users 16 and older. If a minor has registered without guardian consent, contact us to delete the account.
8. International Data Transfer
Some AI providers may process the images, videos, or prompts required for a task outside mainland China. We apply safeguards according to the selected model and applicable law. Do not upload sensitive personal information unrelated to the task.
9. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
